If you are just looking for some extra bulk on your squash grip to make it more comfortable or easy to hold, a thin over grip is probably the best option. If you are replacing the entire squash grip, then opt for a thick replacement grip. When choosing the type of squash grip tape to use, look for features such as tackiness for better grip, and also how dry the grip will stay while in use. There are plenty of styles and colours to suite your tastes but ensure you are getting the correct type, and features on the grip you choose.
